WAY M.C.T (“the Company”) specializes in providing medical courier services for the transportation of various medical specimens, pharmaceuticals, laboratory samples, and related materials for hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare facilities.

Client Obligations

Compliance: Clients must ensure that all specimens and materials for transportation comply with relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including but not restricted to HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).

Packaging and Instructions

Clients are responsible for appropriately packaging all materials for safe transport and providing accurate and detailed delivery instructions. Any special handling requirements or temperature specifications must be clearly communicated.

Service Limitations

Force Majeure: The Company shall not be held to manage the delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but restricted to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, accidents, or unforeseen events.

Service Interruptions

The Company reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate services temporarily or permanently due to operational constraints or circumstances that compromise the safety and integrity of the transported materials.

HIPAA Compliance

Confidentiality: WAY M.C.T is committed to supporting the confidentiality and security of patient health information during transportation. All personnel handling sensitive information are trained in HIPAA compliance and adhere to strict confidentiality protocols.

Client Responsibility

Clients must also ensure that all materials provided for transport comply with HIPAA regulations and other relevant healthcare privacy laws.

Employee Confidentiality
